Return Policy

1. Return Period
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and in its original packaging.
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or partially used items unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Due to hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or partially used products.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
- If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within **48 hours** of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.
5. How to Initiate a Return

6. Shipping Costs*
- For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
