Return Policy

At Huxley Europe Ltd, we strive to provide you with the best products and service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! Please read our return policy below:

1. Return Period
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted.

 2. Eligibility for Returns
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and in its original packaging.
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or partially used items unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

3. Non-Returnable Items
- Due to hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or partially used products.
- Gift cards and promotional items.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items
- If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within **48 hours** of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.

5. How to Initiate a Return

6. Shipping Costs*
- For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

7. Refunds
- Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within **5-7 business days** and automatically applied to your original payment method.

8. Exchanges
